What is Exquisite Beauty Supply Boutique? 

Exquisite Beauty Supply Boutique is an online hair and skin care retailer. We offer a selection of quality products for women, men and children with various hair textures and skin types.

 

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays within the United States.

 

Tell me about shipping and your shipping carrier?

We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to the Continental U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii & Alaska.

 

How long does delivery take?

Packages should arrive within 3-7 business days after processing has been completed (not including Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska in which transit time may take longer). International Shipping can take 7-21 business days. 

 

Is there anything I can do to help the order process run more smoothly?

Yes! Please double check the shipping address you have provided before placing your order. Don’t forget to add suite/unit/apartment/building #’s to your order if applicable to not delay processing. We recommend you ship your package to a location where someone is available to receive it.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we do offer International shipping at this time. Please read our Shipping Policy.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of natural products, Exquisite Beauty is unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items at this time. All sales are final!

 

My order melted by the time I received it?

Products from our brand partners are made from natural ingredients. When exposed to warmer temperatures they tend to melt at times. Simply place the product in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours or store product in a cool, dry place. If product separation has occurred, stir product contents FIRST then store as directed.  This does not change the effectiveness of any product.

 

My oils have solidified and hardened…what should I do?

Oils tend to solidify especially in cold weather. To return oils back into its liquid form, stand the bottle in a bowl of hot water for 3-5 minutes, shake well and use. Never put bottle of oils in the microwave to warm or melt.

 

I have a question about products and usage…how can I get information?

It is always best to read the label on the product or the product description listed on our website first. If this does not help, please feel free to fill out the contact form or send an email to our customer service at info@exquisitebeautysb.com. Someone will respond within 1-3 business days.

 

My skin is very sensitive to products…what should I do?

Our products contain various substances and ingredients. Please take this into consideration before making a purchase if you have any allergies specially to nuts. Perform an inner elbow skin test with a small amount of product and wait at least 24 hours if unsure of allergy and before applying it to entire scalp, hair and skin. Unfortunately, items cannot be returned once purchased so please read the ingredients. Be mindful of skin sensitivity of that of babies and children.

Discontinue use of any products if rash, redness, itching or irritation occurs. If symptoms persist, consult with your physician. Use products as instructed on packaging. Exquisite Beauty Supply Boutique will not be held reliable or responsible for unexpected side/adverse effects related to use of products sold by our company.

 

Do you offer products for just women?

No. We carry hair and skin care products for women, men and children. Products usage range from Infants to ages 100+.

 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Not at this time but hopefully in the near future.
