Exquisite Beauty Supply Boutique ships to the Continental U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska for a Low Cost Flat Rate. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped via our carrier USPS (United States Postal Services).

U.S. packages should arrive within 3-5 business days after processing has been completed (not including U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska in which transit time may take a little longer).

We DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY addresses (APO/FPO addresses).   International orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).  Your order will be shipped via First Class International or Priority Mail International. Prices for International shipping is based on the address and weight of order. Transit times will vary depending on the chosen method and the contents of your order. This is determined by USPS and customs especially if they choose to do a random package.  Please be aware that First Class International is a more economical option, but the transit time is longer and is estimated at 7-21 business days. If you select First Class Shipping, please be patient to allow shipments to clear customs in both the U.S. and in your country. Priority Mail International has an estimated transit time of 6-10 business days, possibly longer depending on your country. Your order total does NOT include any local taxes/VAT or Custom Duties that may be required upon transfer of your package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any local taxes/VAT or Custom Duties associated with their purchase. To find more information on your individual customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. No refunds will be given for orders returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, special paperwork or taxes.  It is the customer's duty to arrange for any special paperwork required by customs. The only document including in your order and sent with your shipment is your invoice. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. 

Please double check the shipping address and email you have provided before placing your order. This is VERY Important!

Once orders are processed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays within the United States.

During various holidays (especially Thanksgiving and Christmas), please allow for additional time for processing and shipping due to the heavy volume of orders and deliveries.

USPS does not provide true tracking information of their shipments at times, instead offering accurate delivery confirmation. Please keep this in mind when tracking packages through our shipping carrier. Allow 24 hours after first shipping notice for transit updates.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the re-shipment charges related with that particular order. Shipping fees are paid directly to our shipping carrier and are nonrefundable. Therefore, make sure you are entering a valid and correct shipping address before placing your order. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses once items are packed and labeled for shipment.

We are not responsible if your item is lost/stolen or damaged in transit by our shipping carrier. If damage occurs, please proceed to file a claim with USPS.

We recommend you ship your package at a location where someone is available to receive it. We are not responsible for replacing these items. We can only track packages through the carrier once they are shipped out. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) for further questions and assistance.

No refunds, credits or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
